Her birthplace was Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father married Ojales who was a Filipina from Bolinao Pangasinan, in 1982. Her older brother Jasmine was also an actress. Clare passed away from a heart condition in 2007 when she was barely four months old.
